Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return, unless defective:
Final sale or clearance items
Custom-made or personalized products
Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:Log in to your account and go to Order History.
Select the order and click Start Return.
Choose the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions via email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping CostsFor domestic returns, we offer free return shipping.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
