Damages and Issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Apparel Items
Some types of clothing cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or personalized apparel (e.g., tailored items or embroidered garments)
Sale items (including discounted or clearance apparel)
Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable fabrics.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or style, simply return the item you have, and place a new order for the desired apparel once the return has been processed.
